Does anyone know why there are green containers full of sand bags all around downtown Seoul? I counted at least a dozen in a single day of walking around.
Are they to set up little defense points in case of invasion from North Korea, which is just a few miles to the north? In case of flooding? What are they for?
I think it’s for flooding or snowing.
