Believe it or not, this is one of the smaller ones. I have nothing against selling dogmeat if the animals in question are butchered in a humane way. But if I ever saw any animal beaten to death…I’d go ape $#!+ and probably arrested for assault. A lot to admire about Korea and its people, but as progressive as they are in some areas…they can be a little backwards as well. Any hormones released by fear and pain would be cooked out of the meat before consumption. Completely unecessary and a shame. My own mother still refuses to see a doctor and insists on drinking foul powders, ground antlers, and royal bee jelly for all her ailments. Sometimes I catch her looking at my chihuahuas askance and shudder. ;-)

As for cats playing with mice before they kill them because it makes it taste better… I’m going to call BS on that one. I think just some explanation dealing with hunter instinct and teaching thier kittens how to hunt sounds much more plausible.
