FYI, Guilders still live on outside of the Netherlands:

“So that’s it then, no more guilder. It hadn’t even celebrated its 200th birthday, coming into existence only in 1816, and now it’s gone forever. Well, not quite. The name at least, lives on a few thousand miles away in the Caribbean, with the Netherlands Antilles guilder, Aruban guilder and the Surinam guilder.”

I could not help but laugh out when I read your posting. It was so easy for me to picture you being fit for fight only to have the air taken out of you before you ever managed to launch a second strike. I would gladly have paid to witness this little incident. ;-)

Hmm, Sorry Jens about the double entries, and yes, I’m sure my Danish friend, you would always appreciate an opportunity to witness my humiliation with your own eyes! :-) Thanks for stopping in.

Did you figure out the reason for the double entry? -Or did you just leave it to get some sort of revenge? :-)
Make sure to enjoy your time as much as possible while in Norway, and bring me a bag of bright summer nights. I really miss that.
